Refund and Returns Policy
At Colby Robbins, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our Bedding Set products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is in its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain bedding products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order details and reason for return
- Follow the return instructions provided by our support team
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
